Founder and Director Tanja Jovanovic
„Education has always been more than a profession for me—it is my passion and my purpose.“
With over 27 years of experience in international and U.S. education, I have dedicated my career to guiding students and families toward transformative academic opportunities. Throughout my journey, I have served as a teacher, school counselor, head of school, and educational consultant, gaining deep insight into what it truly takes for students to succeed across different educational systems.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and a Master’s degree in School Counseling from the United States, with extensive experience in IB, AP, and Cambridge curricula. I have also worked as a testing coordinator for the College Board, ACT, and Cambridge assessments, supporting students through some of the most critical milestones in their academic journeys.
As a dual citizen of the United States and Serbia, fluent in both English and Serbian, I bring a unique cross-cultural perspective that allows me to bridge educational systems and support families navigating international pathways.
One of the most defining moments in my career was successfully opening a private school in Miami, Florida, for a Serbian company. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of global education. Most recently, I spent five years in a leadership role at an American boarding school in Switzerland, working closely with international students as they transitioned into new academic environments.
Through my global experience and extensive network, I help students not only gain admission to top institutions, but also find the right fit—academically, socially, and personally.
